FIRST HEARING OF ADMINISTRATIVE COURT ON LAWSUIT AGAINST NATURE PROTECTION MINISTRY APPOINTED ON 24 FEBRUARY

The first hearing of Administrative Court of Armenia on the lawsuit by “For Ensuring Ecological Security and Developing Democracy” NGO against Nature Protection Ministry is appointed on 24 February. The lawsuit is directed against Nature Protection Ministry’s inactions in regard with the Voghji River pollution. The Voghji River is polluted not only with sewage, but also with mining wastes, while treatment facilities don’t operate.
